I'd give Vasyl 6 stars if I could. Very communicative, delivered within the timeframe and the neon light is excellent quality whilst also not being too heavy, we are both so excited to hang this at our wedding venue and then keep it forever!! Such a reasonable cost too. Cannot recommend enough.

I'm so happy to finally write this review. I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and initially had issues with the product, so I contacted the seller. The seller was amazing; they worked tirelessly to troubleshoot, resend parts, and in the end when nothing worked, they remade and sent a new product as we could only conclude that the item must have gotten damaged through shipping. Good quality but you have some little parts that aren't very clean but it's hard to see it so I don't mind and you have every thing you need a battery for the remote, some screws to hang it on the wall. It is very bright even though it doesn't seems on the picture and the packaging is very secure so it won't break while being delivered. So personally I'm satisfied.
