Please check before ordering that the letter numbers of your personalization do not exceed the character limits. Otherwise, additional payment may be required for your order. Our design team will prepare a proof of personalization.
2️⃣. Choose Dimension
Please decide the dimension based on the character count of your customization. The maximum number of characters that can fit in acrylic dimensions as stated below.
16" = 40cm - Max 3 characters
20" = 50cm - Max 5 characters
24" = 60cm - Max 6 characters
28" = 70cm - Max 8 characters
31" = 80cm - Max 10 characters
35" = 90cm - Max 12 characters
39" = 100cm - Max 14 characters
43" = 110cm - Max 16 characters
47" = 120cm - Max 18 characters
51" = 130cm - Max 20 characters
*Space, heart, square, etc. are considered as a character.
*Neon Sign height varies according to your personalization and font selection.

3️⃣. Filling Personalization Section:
Please message us your personalization as stated in the below standard.
1. Username
2. Font or several fonts
3. Icon Color
4. Text Color
5. Phone number✈✈
4️⃣. After Purchase:
Our design team will send the proof of your personalization. You can make any changes like changing color, font, or text in this step. After the production process has started, no revision can be made to the design.
For personalized products, they cannot be canceled after the production process has started.
